IMPORTANT DISCUSSION AND CONSENSUS POINTS

  • MAY 10 to 14, 2020: Education Secretaries’ Meeting in 2020 (to be hosted by the Philippines)
  • JUNE 29 to JULY 4, 2020: II COLLOQUIUM JESEDU-JOGJA2020 – Given the quota of 60 delegates given to Asia Pacific (except Indonesia), the following are the projected number of delegates: East Timor (2), Malaysia (2), Micronesia (2), Japan (4 to 8), Cambodia (2 to 3), Australia (17 to 25), Philippines (20), Chinese (15 to 20).
  • 2nd to 3rd Week of August 2020: ISLF (to be hosted by the Philippines). Maximum of 60 participants. For Years 10-12 (16 to 18 year olds)
  • 2021: Chaplains and Campus Ministers’ Meeting with the JCAP Spirituality Secretariat.
  • JCAP IGNITE WORKSHOPS: It was agreed that we would have two TRAINERS’ TRAINING WORKSHOPS (IPP in April 2020 and Coaching in November 2020) and one GENERAL WORKSHOP (Discernment in September 2020). More localized workshops such as the one in Tokyo last August 2018 are also being planned.
