Coming up is a new module for IGNITE’s leadership stream, Workshop on Ignatian School Leadership (WISE) called LEADERSHIP BY CONVERSATIONS.
LEADERSHIP BY CONVERSATION seeks to integrate the insights of Ignatian Spirituality and Growth Coaching.
One of the Foundational Insights of Ignatian Spirituality is the value of Sacred Conversation as a way of proceeding in an authentic manner; Growth Coaching seeks to increase the quality of conversations in educational communities with a view to the facilitation of growth for all in the community as a result of intentional leadership activity. The workshop is aimed at those who are in positions of leadership who have the capacity to impact the culture of a school from this perspective., as well as administrators and veteran teachers and staff who are entrusted with mentoring their younger colleagues.
