SUGGESTED REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  • What practices related to physical activity can affect your health now and in years to come?
  • How can I develop a sustainable personal physical fitness plan that is tailored to my current levels of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, and flexibility and is in keeping with my personal physical fitness goals?
Form and Technique in Sports

POSSIBLE INSIGHTS

  • Regular practice combined with quality feedback from coaches and self-assessment are essential to performing a skill well. Athletes can then practice the skill(s) at speed and when fatigued.

SUGGESTED REFLECTION QUESTIONS

  • How can I improve?
